The Club is very thankful to Steve Mays and Dave Mcpherson over at Golf Holiday for their Sponsorship of this Prize to the CCAGC. For 2008 Season, we will have 3 World Am Entries. The 1st one is a FREE Entry into the 2008 World Am Tournament being Held August 25-29, 2008. Plus 2 50% discount entries to the 2008 World AM (cost will be 50% off at the time of and status of registration for the 2008 event).
For the FREE entry into the 2008 event, the winner will be determined based upon the picking of 4 names from the pool of tickets to play together and for the free entry. The drawing will take place the Wednesday before the tournament.
You ask how do I earn a drawing ticket? Well there are many ways and you can earn drawing tickets, plus there is no limit as to the number of tickets you can earn to better your odds at gaining one of the 4 playoff spots.
Here are the criteria for winning a drawing ticket for the FREE 2008 World Am Entry:
1.
For Current Year, for Each Tournament, All players that get a Top 25% prize gets 1 drawing ticket.
2.For Current Year, each Flight Winner gets 1 drawing ticket.
(Flights must have a min of 5 players to be eligible to get a drawing ticket.
3.If you play and complete all CCAGC events for the current year through the event that the drawing will occur,
you get 1 drawing ticket for each event completed (8 Possible Tickets)
4.At Conclusion of the Event on June 21, 2008, the top 5 in event points will get 1 drawing ticket.
5.At Conclusion of the Event on June 21, 2008, the low net scoring average leader will get 1 drawing ticket.
6.Any Hole in Ones recorded during a CCAGC tournament Round will receive 1 drawing ticket.
7.Any CCAGC Member capturing all Net Skin Money for a CCAGC event will get 1 drawing ticket
8. Sponsor Exemptions are available for a free drawing ticket. If you bring in a Cash Sponsor for our Club
(Minimum of $250.00) you can claim a sponsor exemption drawing ticket for the free World Am entry.
9. . Membership Additions: If any CCAGC member brings 4 or more new players to the Club (pays membership
and plays in at least 1 event) that player can claim 1 a Membership Exemptions
For the 2008 World Am Entry, discounted by 50%, a similar process will be followed. All remaining drawing tickets plus any newley earned drawing tickets will be eligible for a drawing to held on our Last Event of the year, Oct 25th, 2008. The person that wins the 2009 Free Entry is not eligible for the 2009 discounted World Am entry. You must be present and playing in the final event to get a spot in the foursome for a chance to win the prize. 4 players will be choosen from the eligible tickets. If the person is present and playing in the event, they will be in the final foursome. Once again, this will be a tournament within a tournament. The Low net score from this foursome will win the prize.
All the same criteria from above will earn drawing tickets with the following Exceptions
